About Tirzah Shiya (Adya)

Tirzah is a professional massage therapist, Tantra/sacred sex educator, certified yoga instructor, compassionate relationship and intimacy coach, aspiring curandera, yogini, goddess, gypsy, love enthusiast, Nature devotee, free spirit, dreamer, soul searching lover, vegan, and published author.

Tirzah has been joyously practicing a yogic lifestyle for over a decade. She teaches classes, workshops and retreats internationally and in studios throughout Arizona, Hawaii and Montana. She led classes and workshops on Tantra Yoga at the Arizona Yoga Festival in 2016 and 2017. She teaches Tantra of the Heart, Spirit of Tantra for Lovers, Yoni Yoga for women and a wide variety of other transformational and conscious workshops and private sessions.

Tirzah shares spiritually driven suggestions and techniques to help others evolve in and out of the bedroom. She happily broadens horizons with an open heart and compassionate soul. Her offerings include a vast array of international teachings from instructors, classes, books and personal experience.

She deeply resonates with the Tantric path as it has captivated her with its extraordinary teachings for many years. She is wholeheartedly passionate about Tantra, as it continues to shift her consciousness and blow her mind in mystifying and profound ways. Tirzah is eager to share this beautiful form of yogic spirituality with open minds everywhere!

Tirzah is humbly devoted to the Divine Spirit in all. With a deep sense of awe and respect, she continues to learn from the Natural world and herself! Her desire to evolve is substantial.

She was born and raised in Arizona.  She went to ASU, sometimes, where she studied psychology and human sexuality.  Tirzah moved to Hawaii in 2001 and again in 2012.  She lived in Montana from 2008 to 2012, where she learned to fly fish, but failed to learn how to stay warm.

She is humbly grateful to have the most AMAZING family, teachers and friends. Sometimes she is overwhelmed with joy just thinking of her loved ones.

Tirzah considers herself a citizen of the world and has received the richest education through travel (external and internal).  She genuinely adores used books, culture shock, bare feet, dreaming, coconuts, oddities, laughter, buzzing meditations, celebrations, expansion, water slides, synchronicities, authenticity, zoning out in nature and making Love (in every sense of the word).

She is highly optimistic about living fully and focuses her time and energy on experiences rather than material things. She truly enjoys celebrating each day of this wild life and has no idea where she’ll be in a year. She is currently working on mind and heart expansion, quieting her busy ego, following her heart’s footsteps, eliminating self-doubt and finding amusement in any situation. She is very good at validating any decisions.
