Healthy High

Wanna get high? Inversions are a healthy way to bring on that light, fuzzy feeling naturally because they revitalize the whole system!

They nourish deep down, cleansing and flooding the brain with rich nutrients and harmony.

Being upside down activates the pituitary and pineal glands, the most awesome master glands, which are responsible for the chemical balance in our body. Activation of these glands stimulates the 6th chakra and increases our intuitive sense.

Inversions relieve cold symptoms, assist in concentration, and improve meditation skills while keeping our lungs, heart and thyroid healthy and happy! They increase the flow of blood and oxygen in the body, which detoxifies and nourishes the circulatory, neurological, and digestive systems.

Inversions also work as a free, fun facelift because they flush the face and create more vibrant skin.

The ancient yogis knew that being upside down had incredible body, mind, and soul benefits, which is why inversions are the most important poses in Hatha Yoga. If you spend enough time upside down, you may achieve enlightenment!

Simply elevating your legs against a wall after a long day can bring on a feeling of happy calm and result in more restful sleep. Plus, it’s fun to see the world heels-over-head!

Not recommended if you have a bun in the oven. Invigorate, energize and sublimate your vital energies!
