Kale has been cultivated for over 2,000 years. This gorgeous, curly, leafy green is the most magnificent vegetable ever! It is packed with maximum nutrition! One cup of chopped raw kale provides more than 100% of the daily value of vitamins A, C, and K.

It’s loaded with antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, fiber and hardworking anti-cancer nutrients. It also provides the body with pure, happy, healthy bliss!

Try this recipe and your life will never be the same (it will be better!)- 1-2 bunches of organic, de-stemmed kale. Dressing: 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil. 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice. lots of garlic. pinch of cayenne (optional). Massage into kale for about 3 minutes in large bowl or large ziplock. Smash in a ton of fresh avocado. Toss with dulse flakes (sea veggie). Add any other veggies you like and prepare to feel vibrantly alive!

Extra kale leaves? Put one behind your ear like a little flower. Garnish fancy drinks with it. Tickle your loved one’s face. Bring to parties and make the best new friends!
