ALOHA = “THE JOYOUS SHARING OF LIFE ENERGY IN THE PRESENT.”

Tirzah is a multifaceted individual with a diverse skill set and a deep connection to nature and spirituality. With a background in Tantra Yoga, holistic healing, and sacred sexuality, she draws from her extensive international experiences to inspire others to live authentically and find fulfillment by following their hearts. Born in Arizona and having spent significant time in Maui, she has a strong affinity for the feminine spirit (Shakti) and values vulnerability, sensitivity, and natural cycles.

Passionate about authenticity and the potential for collective healing, Tirzah’s interests range from conscious exchanges to meditative practices, from quality time with loved ones to solitary moments of contemplation. She believes in blending playfulness with spiritual growth to encourage self-expression and elevate one’s state of being.

Having delved into various spiritual practices such as bhakti yoga in India, and participating in plant medicine retreats in different parts of the world, Tirzah advocates for stepping away from chaotic externals to find inner peace and reconnect with our innate loving spirit. She emphasizes the importance of intuition, setting boundaries, and not tolerating negativity on life’s journey. By embracing challenges with resilience, finding joy in every moment, and supporting others with compassion and understanding, Tirzah empowers individuals to manifest their dreams and nurture a sense of global unity.

She has led classes, retreats and workshops like Tantra of the Heart, Spirit of Tantra, Yoni Yoga for Women and Tantra Yoga at Yoga Festivals plus a variety of transformational sessions online and in-person. With a vast array of knowledge, she supports healing and growth with optimism, transparency and kindness.

She has done extensive study of Tantra Yoga in the East, as well as attending plant medicine retreats in the Peruvian Andes and Amazon RainForest, Hawaii, Arizona and Brazil. Working with Ayahuasca, Wachuma (San Pedro), psilocybin and cannabis has taught her more than any university. She lived in Hawaii for ten years and spent five months in Rishikesh, India at the foothills of the Himalayas practicing bhakti yoga along the Ganga river.

Tirzah completed Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teaching training in 2011. She was a full-time student at a yoga university for a year in Thailand studying Tantra, Meditation, Naturopathic Yogic Healing, Lucid Dreaming, Ajna/Third Eye and Kashmiri Shaivism as well as attending silent retreats. She has a degree in psychology with a focus on interpersonal communication and human sexuality. She blends her teachings with Tantric science to raise the vibration in mystifying yet practical ways.

Tirzah is in awe of our capacity for joy. Her inner fire is sparked by presence, creativity, travel, books, buzzing meditations, sipping hot matcha, walking barefoot on a quiet shore collecting shells, writing, lighting candles and making love.

By following her inner guide, Tirzah finds amusement and teachings in any situation, dissolves self doubt, manifests dreams and nurtures our global heart. She helps others do the same.

Approach each day with gratitude. Thank you!
